The Joys of Working Outside

Have you ever sat at your desk at work and wished you were outside? Maybe the sun is shining and there is a soft breeze blowing… Maybe the birds are singing, and it’s time for that tree by the stream just calling to you to take a nap?

The same thing happens to me, except I work outside where I can feel the sun and the soft breeze and hear the birds singing and watch them flying from tree to tree. And it’s AWESOME!!!

I’ve worked many jobs outside in park or park-like settings, and I always take my camera because I never know what I’ll see out there. You can never go wrong with a beautiful sunrise/sunset photo. Animals are a little more tricky for this amateur photographer, but I have fun trying to get the shot.

Working outside isn’t for boys anymore. In fact, I’m a great grandmother. We welcomed the new addition to the world early in December, 2016. And I, for one, plan to tell her all the wonderful places I’ve worked and let her know she can do anything. But I digress…
