One of the best cars I’ve ever owned is the 1995 Pontiac Sunfire. It was nice to look at and fun to drive. I mean I loved that car. It always got me where I was going…for about eleven years…then the motor went out and everybody told me to get rid of it because it wasn’t worth putting a new motor in it. I shouldn’t have listened. Instead I got a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it cost me a bundle to keep running. You know what they say about hind-sight…don’t get me wrong…the Jeep was cool to drive…when it ran, but… Do you know what JEEP stands for? Just Empty Every Pocket! That’s about the size of it, too!
My Pontiac was a fun car and I miss it a lot. I wanted to get a personal license plate SOLRFLR … solar flare for those who have trouble figuring out plates. Cool huh? Anyway, I sold it to Pick-N-Pull auto dismantlers for like $200. How I wish I’d have kept it…
I called him Mister Happy because the front plate and grill looked like a toothy grin.
It was such a pretty car…I miss him. And he had a 5-speed standard transmission and would top out at 110.
MISS MY CAR!
It was, indeed a spectacular car. Even after i backed into it that day. It never let you down. Which is why i loved my blue one. Dang that guy for running into me.
