Egrets and Herons

There are so many egrets and blue herons around the San Luis Recreation Area and occasionally I get a shot or two. Sometimes they just stand there and let me take their picture, but then there are times they fly away when I get too close.

This blue heron picture was taken at the power plant at O’Neill Dam…just sayin’!

These birds were also at O’Neill Forebay.  Oh, by the way, O’Neill Forebay is located near Los Banos, California, at Highway 33 and Highway 152.
